General Partner and Special-Purpose Vehicle Accounting

Directorships

We can provide non-executive directors (NED) to alternative investment funds and companies launching in Luxembourg. These directors will work alongside yours to ensure strong governance, compliance and oversight of your funds' activities.

While NED are not part of day-to-day activities, they are a recognised added-value to provide knowledge and specific expertise in some areas as well as a strong general oversight on the fund governance and operations.
