Group Head of Corporate Secretary
Grow with us! We are currently looking for a Group Head of Corporate Secretary to join our Corporate Legal & Corporate Governance and Compliance Department within Risk, who ensures the effective functioning of corporate governance practices, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and proper coordination between the Board of Directors, shareholders, and Senior Management across the Group.
Roles and objectives:
Ensuring the highest governance standards in a regulated KVG structure (KAGB, AIFMD, UCITS).
Responsibility for proper corporate governance (Management Boards, Supervisory Boards), including a Supervisory Board with a one-third co-determination.
Governance coordination within the international group structure (including SE structure at holding company level) and ensuring consistency and standardization of governance practices across all subsidiaries/jurisdictions across multiple entities.
Collaborate with senior management across different entities to align on and harmonize standards, processes and procedures.
Ensure group wide understanding of key decisions and resolutions. Improve transparency of processes and procedures across entities to support functional organization.
Direct reporting to the ManCo’s Management Board, with a functional reporting line to the SE holding company.
High visibility to group management and supervisory bodies.
Key responsibilities:
Preparation and follow‑up of all board and committee meetings, including resolution documentation.
Monitoring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements (AktG, GmbHG, SE Regulation, KAGB).
Supporting board appointments, fit‑and‑proper procedures, and mandate documentation.
Coordination with Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit functions.
Support in special audits, Section 44 KWG/KAGB audits, and annual financial statement audits.
Oversee statutory filings with regulatory bodies, including annual reports (in cooperation with Finance) and other necessary filings.
Manage shareholder communications, including resolutions, decision making / approvals etc.
Provide strategic input in M&A activities and structural changes.
Your skills and experience:
Fully qualified lawyer or comparable academic qualification with a focus on corporate law and financial regulation.
At least 5-10 years in a regulated financial environment (ManCo, financial institution, Big Four, or comparable).
Strong knowledge of governance structures preferably in Germany and Luxembourg. Experience in multi-jurisdictional environments is advantageous.
Proven experience in supporting co‑determined supervisory boards.
Confident interaction with Management Boards, Supervisory Boards, and international stakeholders.
Business‑fluent German and English skills.
Proactive and independent working attitude with strong decision-making capabilities.
High level of integrity, strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities/demands.
Excellent communication skills. Strong problem solving and strategic thinking availabilities.

Head of IAM

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and develop the IAM team (coordination, prioritization, coaching)
Oversee daily IAM operations and ensure high service quality
Actively participate in day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and not only delegated
Drive IAM roadmap and project initiatives
Manage audit requests, respond to findings, ensure timely remediation
Ensure timely delivery of SLA- and KPI-based IAM reports to stakeholders within defined reporting cycles
Establish and maintain IAM policies, standards and procedures
Collaborate closely with Security, IT, Compliance, HR and external providers
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR, BaFin, CSSF, etc.)

Your skills and experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related areas
6–10+ years of experience in IAM (financial services or other regulated environments preferred)
Proven leadership experience (2–8 direct reports), including coaching, prioritization, stakeholder management
Demonstrated hands-on capability in IAM:
AD / Entra ID
IAM processes: Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC/SoD, access reviews, recertifications
MFA, Conditional Access, privileged accounts and service accounts
Integration with Okta or similar IGA tooling
Experience in running BAU IAM operations in complex environments
Experience delivering IAM-related projects
Strong understanding of:
Identity lifecycle
Role modelling, SoD controls
Privileged Access Management
Access governance & recertification
Directory services & federation
Authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
Thorough understanding of ISO 27001, NIST Framework, and CIS Benchmarks
Experience with financial sector regulations: DORA, BaFin, and CSSF compliance
Project management experience
Fluency in English. Professional working knowledge of German (at least B2)

Sie bearbeiten das breite Spektrum von standardisierten und regelmäßigen Auswertungen bis zu maßgeschneiderten und individuellen Lösungen für interne und externe Kunden.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Administration von Versandaufträgen und eReporting-Usern
Erstellen von Anlageausschussunterlagen und Performancegrafiken
Abfrage von Beständen und Umsätzen zu Sammelklagen
Erstellen von Customised Reports
Beantwortung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen
Überarbeiten von Arbeitsanweisungen und Durchführen von Reviews
Unterstützung bei Projekten und Erarbeiten von Lösungskonzepten in Bezug auf neue Berichtsanforderungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
Immatrikulierter Student der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Interesse bzw. Kenntnisse in Bezug auf das Investmentgeschäft

Werkstudent - HR Operations

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Enge Zusammenarbeit und allgemeine Unterstützung mit HR Business Partners, HR Generalisten und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern innerhalb der HR Abteilung
Erstellung, Verarbeitung und Überprüfung von HR-relevanten Dokumenten entlang der HR value chain
Bearbeitung administrativer Personalangelegenheiten (Ein- und Abgänge, Versetzungen, Gehaltsanpassungen, sick leave, Pflege von Personalakten usw.)
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Mitarbeitern
Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Abwesenheitsmanagement (insbesondere Krankheitsurlaub) in HR-relevanten Systemen, z. B. Workday, Benutzerverwaltung oder Zeit- und Abwesenheitsmanagement (derzeit noch über Atoss)
Arbeit an Dokumenten: Scannen, Trennung und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdokumenten
Erstellung von Zertifikaten, Entlassungsbestätigungen und Zeugnissen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business
Erstellung und Entwicklung standardisierter HR-Berichte
Verwaltung von Jobtickets
Das bringen Sie mit:Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, besonders Business English
Ausgeprägtes Maß zur Selbstorganisation, an Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative
Hohes Maß an Commitment und Teamorientierung
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Word und Excel
Eingeschriebener Student für Bachelor oder Master, gerne in den Schwerpunktstudiengängen Psychologie, BWL oder Jura
Das erwartet Sie bei uns:Working hours: max 20h/h; in Semesterferien bis zu 39h/Woche
Fulltime Officepräsenz wünschenswert (Officepräsenz min 2 Tage bei 2,5 Tagen Arbeit)
